PrivacyID - Terms of Service

Integrity Defenders agrees to provide Client with data privacy and removal Services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) as described in this agreement. Integrity Defenders is authorized to use information supplied by Client in order to submit removal requests on behalf of Client. Services are intended to provide a good faith effort to identify and remove personal data and report results on an ongoing basis. Services include:

 

– Monthly scan of people search databases and major search engines for Client’s personal data.

– Personal Data removal requests submitted on behalf of Client.

– Monthly reporting with removal request status updates. 

– Dedicated Privacy Specialist.

For the purposes of providing these services, client agrees to:

– Identify personal data for which Client would like records deleted.

– Allow Integrity Defenders to act on Client’s behalf in submitting and following up on removal requests with personal search databases and search engines. 

 

Selected search engines/sites for these services include:

– Google.com

– Yahoo.com

– Bing.com

 

Client acknowledges the following with respect to services:

 

Integrity Defenders has no control over the policies of people search databases and search engines with respect to the type of data and/or content that they publish now or in the future. Client information may be excluded or included from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.  

 

Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Integrity Defenders for inclusion in content are owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Integrity Defenders and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

 

Client agrees not to: (a) permit any unauthorized third party to access or use the Services; (b) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or distribute the Services; (c) modify or make derivative works based upon the Services; (d) introduce software or automated agents or scripts to the Services so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated searches, requests and queries, or to strip, scrape, or mine data from the Services; or (e) reverse engineer or access the Services.

 

Monthly reports and the Dashboard (“Site”) may contain links to other independent third-party Web sites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are provided solely as a convenience to Site users. Integrity Defenders is not responsible for the content of such Linked Sites, including any information or materials contained on such Linked Sites.

 

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and may be cancelled by Client or Integrity Defenders anytime on an at will basis.
